Requesting approval to execute the 2024-2028 Colonia Self-Help Center (CSH) Program agreement between the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca, Inc.
BACKGROUND
1. The Urban County Program (UCP) requested proposals to enter into a contract agreement with a non-profit organization that has demonstrated the ability to implement Colonia self-help activities. A committee met and evaluated the proposal received. The criteria used in the evaluation process included past experience, capacity to perform project activities and leveraging of additional funding. The UCP requests approval to enter into an agreement with Proyecto Azteca, Inc. for the 2024-2028 Hidalgo County Colonia Self-Help Center Program in the amount of $720,000.00
