BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on August 13, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with 2GS LLC, dba Earthworks Enterprise. Project consists of street overlay. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer B2Z Engineering, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
