BACKGROUND
Fisher Scientific is requiring Hidalgo County to sign a new RX form to reflect the current CLIA license. Vendor is requiring that we sign the form prior to distributing additional test kits due to the sensitivity of pathogens and organisms. Our new CLIA has an expiration date of 9/16/2027.
