Match will be treated as an "in-kind" match and will be covered using social media "hits" as per the TXDOT Earned Media Value Index guidelines, and administrative time spent on reporting. The purpose of the STEP-Impaired Driving Mobilization grant is to increase effective enforcement & adjudication of traffic-safety laws to reduce fatal & serious injury crashes related to DWI/DUI within HCSO jurisdiction (enforcement zones) as well as to enhance public awareness & education.
