The Hidalgo County Juvenile Detention Facility will designate a total of 15 beds to provide the detention services.
The detention services provided will include:

- Supervision 24hrs/7 days per week
- Routine medical examination and treatment
- Approved education program and Counseling
- Recreation Facilities
The services will not include emergency examination, treatment or hospitalization outside the Facility.
