The total budget is $321,255.00
Insignia Software Corp. invoice cost is $48,700.00
Courier service - Amigos Library Services - $32,620.00 annual ($2,330. per library)
This would leave $239,935.00 ----Mcallen & Edinburg to receive an additional $4,058.33 each for The Library Corp. (TLC) instead of using Insignia
Balance to be divided among the 14 HCLS libraries.
