Requesting approval of Application for Payment No. 30 (Retainage Release) in the amount of $208,321.22 for the Pct. 2 Las Milpas Road Project (ARPA-22-122-109) submitted by the contractor, George Olivares, dba Go Underground, LLC (Contract C-22-0094-09-06) and reviewed by the project engineer, Saul R. Munoz, P.E.
