BACKGROUND
THis item has been reviewed by Steve Crain, however there is one question that still needs to be addressed. Steve Crain suggested that they increase the pay from $5.15 to $8.00/hr for the participants. WORKFORCE says they can not pay $8.00 because it would cause a disparity with the other participants. Does the county want to continue with this project at 5.15? Does the county want to choose not to participate?
