The Urban County Program for City of San Juan is requesting authority to award and enter into a Construction Contract with Garza Plumbing (lowest bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements) for the Sanitary Sewer Line Installation & Connection Project located in the City of San Juan in the amount of $132,100.00 utilizing UCP Year 19 (2006) Water/Sewer Improvement funds.
BACKGROUND
The Water/Sewer Improvements will provide the installation and connection of sewer lines to residents in various subdivisions located within the City of San Juan. See attached recommendations by the project engineer. (Project Engineer: Halff Associates, Inc.)
