3.) Consideration and approval to appoint the UCP Director as the Section 3 Coordinator for the GLO/TxCDBG 2018 South Texas CDBG-DR Floods Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program Infrastructure Projects Contract No. 25-144-001-F193.

1.) The Texas General Land Office (GLO) requires Hidalgo County to designate a Civil Rights Officer to ensure compliance with nondiscrimination requirements for Civil Rights/Section 504/Equal Opportunity/Fair Housing requirements, a Section 3 Coordinator to ensure compliance with Section 3 requirements and a Labor Standards Officer to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Labor Standards requirements.
