Ramirez, Jr., Juvenile Justice Center-Pool For Licensed Professional Counselor(s) so as to expand the "Pool" to meet the demand for services of the department.
BACKGROUND
Project requesting for a "Licensed Professional Counselor". As per "Chief Probation Officer-Director Israel "Buddy" Silva, for the Judge Mario E. Ramirez, Jr., Juvenile Justice Center, sole respondent is a "Licensed Clinical Social Worker" thus not being as qualified.
Seventy (70) RFP Packets were mailed out and only one response was received.
