BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. Marshal Service (USMS) and Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office, funding is being made available for overtime expenses for one (1) Officer assigned to the joint law enforcement operations task force. The period of performance is from October 27, 2025 to September 30, 2026 for Fiscal Year 2026.
