Discussion, consideration, and approval to award and authorize execution of a contract with A-One Insulation, Quality Investments & RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors the lowest responsible bidder in that amount of $614,295.00 for single-family housing demolition and reconstruction services.

BACKGROUND:
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court.  Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

1.)   (2) Units in the Countywide area in the total amount of $236,650.00 to A-One Insulation. 
2.)   (1) Unit in the City of Progreso in the total amount of $114,745.00 to Quality Investments
3.)   (1) Unit in the City of La Joya and (1) unit in the Countywide area in the total amount of $262,900.00 to RG Enterprises, LLC dba G & G Contractors.

Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable
