BACKGROUND
As per directive received from the Hidalgo County Auditor's Office, unexpended funds must be deobligated as part of the implementation of the County's new financial and accounting systmen (Tyler/Munis). These funds are the result of a refund for unemployment compensation from the Texas Association of Counties (TAC).
