Requesting approval of Change Order No. 2 (C-25-0170-05-13) with Urbe 21 Design & Construction for the Hidalgo County Precinct 2 — Recreational Trails Connectivity Project - Mission Segment 1, as recommended by project manager, Michael Maresh, P.E., with authority for Commissioner Eduardo "Eddie" Cantu to sign the approved change order. BACKGROUND

Request for contract increase in the amount of $12,000.00, existing concrete slope protection was discovered within the limits of the proposed rip rap that were not on the existing plans.  The presence of the existing concrete prevents the installation of the proposed rip rap.  Therefore, it requires demolition and removal of debris. Requesting an additional 30 days due to additional work. Resulting in a new contract expiration date of 07/28/26.
