Discussion, consideration, and possible action to authorize the sale of Bentsen Road ROW Parcel ID 41, consisting of approximately 0.07 acres, to the City of McAllen, Texas, for the Bentsen Road Expansion Project (ROW CSJ 0921-02-512; Limits: Mile 5 Road to Mile 3 Road) at the appraised value of $8,615 as authorized by Texas Local Government Code Section 272.001(l), and to approve a resolution authorizing Hidalgo County Executive Officer, Valde Guerra to execute the sales contract, deed, and any other closing documents on behalf of Hidalgo County (subject to legal review).
