Discussion, consideration, and possible action to accept Amendment No. 2 to Contract Nos. HHS001373500011, HHS001373500039, and HHS001373500030 with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for the AmeriCorps Seniors Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Senior Companion Program (SCP), and Foster Grandparent Program (FGP), respectively, resulting in total contract amounts not to exceed $176,762.35, $33,957.40, and $28,962.40; and authorization for Jaime R. Longoria, Executive Director, to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
