Discussion, consideration, and possible action related to a resolution of the Commissioners Court of Hidalgo County, Texas (1) determining the costs of certain public improvements to be financed within Phase 1 of the Los Prados Public Improvement District; (2) approving a preliminary amended and restated service and assessment plan and a proposed Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll; (3) directing the filing of such proposed assessment roll with the County Tax Assessor-Collector to make available for public inspection; (4) noticing a public hearing for July 7, 2026 to consider an order levying assessments on Phase 1 of the Los Prados Public Improvement District and other matters related thereto; and (5) directing County staff to publish and mail notice of said public hearing
