Discussion, consideration and possible action approving Urban County Program to enter into a construction contract with Elite Grading & Paving, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $84,285.00 utilizing CDBG funds from Fiscal Year 2025 Sullivan City Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on July 22, 2026 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was with Elite Grading & Paving, LLC. Project consists of street improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
