Discussion, consideration, and possible action approving the Urban County Program to award job order contractor, Renoworks, LLC through Hidalgo County’s membership with The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), Job Order Contract No. 25010402 for the purchase and installation of park equipment in the amount of $80,268.00. Funding for this purchase will be utilized from CDBG Fiscal Year 2025 Precinct #4 Park & Recreational Facilities Improvement funds.

The proposed purchase of park equipment is for the improvement of "Milo" Ponce Park, located in Precinct No. 4, to enhance the park's recreational amenities for residents. The equipment will be procured in accordance with the County's cooperative purchasing procedures.
