Requesting approval to accept the Amendment No. #1 to contract No. HHS001434900003 for the Texas Cancer Registry data sharing agreement between DSHS and Hidalgo County and for County Judge to sign the agreement and related documents. The purpose of this amendment is to add subpart 12 as follows: Any reports, dashboards, articles, media, presentations, or other products that include results for geographic areas smaller than the county level must be submitted to DSHS for awareness at least 20 days prior to public dissemination or publication.
