Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A)(4) a professional service for Appraisal Services in connection with Hidalgo County Precinct No 2 Various Projects including, but not limited to, acquisitions and/or dispositions on an as needed and (if applicable) completion time proposed basis;

Presentation of scoring grid (for the purposes of ranking by CC) of the firms graded & evaluated through the County's approved "pool" of Appraisers in connection with professional appraisal services required for Hidalgo County Precinct No 2 Various Projects including, but not limited to, acquisitons and/or dispositions on an as needed and (if applicable) completion time proposed basis;
