The Urban County Program requests approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of Edcouch for the purchase of a Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. model RP1003 Pumper mounted on an Intruder II Chassis with equipment, utilizing 2008 FY funds.
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 has allocated $257,000.00 from it's 2008 FY funding for the purchase of a Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. model RP1003 Pumper mounted on an Intruder II Chassis and equipment for the City of Edcouch. (Attached is a copy of Agreement). City Council took action to approve on September 9, 2008.
