The Urban County Program requests approval to cancel the Subrecipient Agreement with the Delta Youth Center (Youth Services) in the amount of $40,000.00 for Urban County Program Year 21 (2008).
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program is requesting the cancellation of the Subrecipient Agreement with the Delta Youth Center due to the closing of its three locations in the Delta area. On September 2, 2008, its former Executive Director verbally notified UCP of such and retrieving a written notification from organization has been unsuccessful. The Delta Youth Center receives funding from Hidalgo County Precinct #1 and the City of Edcouch.
