Public Hearing to consider public comments on the County of Hidalgo's Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
BACKGROUND
Citizen Participation requirements dictate that the County hold a public hearing to consider public comments on the contents of its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to its submission to HUD. The Urban County Program published public notice of the Reports completion and the thirty (30)-day public comment period ran from August 30, 2008 through September 29th, 2008. An additional notice advising the public of the new Public Hearing time was published on September 26th, 2008.
