The City of Donna is requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for Fiscal Years 14, 17 & 18 (2001, 2004 & 2005) of Urban County Program Funds.
BACKGROUND
The Budget & Program Amendment for Year 14 (2001) was to include the water/sewer impromements line time description for the installation of upgraded sewer lines to the FM 493 and 18th Street project. The Year 17 (2004) included the surplus funds in the Parks, Rec. Facility, the Year 18 (2005) surplus funds from the Street Improvements and Clearance & Demolition line items were transferred into the water/sewer improvements line item for the installation of upgraded sewer lines to the FM 493 and 18th Street Project. Public hearing was held on November 7, 2006 during a city council meeting and thereafter the Budget & Program Amendment was approved. (See attached B&P Amendment Public Notice)
