Urban County Program on behalf of City of Palmview presents for consideration, discussion, acceptance and approval of final payment of Pre-Award Agreement for purchase of a pumper/rescue unit with rescue equipment through Hidalgo County's membership and participation with TASB (BuyBoard) awarded vendor Siddons Fire Apparatus in the amount of $10,000.00.
BACKGROUND
Siddons Fire Apparatus is a vendor through BuyBoard Contract # 245-06. HUD authorized Pre-Award Agreement for payment of pumper/rescue unit. The first payment, in the amount of $150,000.00, utilized Precinct No. 3 (Palmview) UCP Year 20 (2007) Fire Station/Equipment recaptured funds. The second payment, in the amount of $300,000.00 utilized Urban County Program Year 21 (2008) funds. The final payment will utilize Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) Pct 3 Fire Station/Equipment (recaptured funds). Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court approved the Pre-Award Agreement on December 5, 2007.
