Request for consideration, discussion and authorization to proceed with, including, but not limited to the follwoing:
(A) request title reports, appraisals and approval to negotiate possible acquisition;
(B) to enter into a license agreement with lot #12, of Kaylen Heights #3 with legal owner in the amount of $1,500.00
for Drainage Improvements Project #2008-446-DIP-4.
BACKGROUND
Proposed agreement will allow storage of heavy duty equipment and materials used for project identified as "San Carlos Drainage Improvements Project" and improvements to Kaylen Heights #1, 2 and 3. Pct 4 will be leasing the land for $1,000 +/-; the other 500 is for title and surveying.
