Public Hearing regarding the proposed substantial amendment 2008 Hidalgo County Urban County Program One Year Action Plan to include Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funding.
BACKGROUND
The NSP substantial amendment plan for Year 2008 is based on a budget of $2,867,057.00. The allocation is as follows:
A draft copy of the NSP substantial amendment was made available for review for a fifteen (15) - day comment period beginning on November 1, 2008 and ending on November 17, 2008. The NSP substantial amendment was also posted on the Hidalgo County website in both English and Spanish for public view. Comments received will be noted in the final work plan submitted to HUD.
