The Urban County Program requests approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 and the City of La Villa for a Water/Sewer Improvements project, utilizing Hidalgo County Urban County Program Precinct No. 1 funds from FY 21 (2008).
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 has allocated $100,000.00 from it’s (2008) FY 21 funding for a water/sewer improvements project for improvements to the La Villa Water Treatment Plant. (Attached is copy of Agreement). City Council took action to approve on Thursday, November 13, 2008.
