The Urban County Program is requesting approval and award of contract to D.M. Roth in the amount of $82,081.00 for the Street Improvements project in the City of Edcouch utilizing Year 20 & 21 (2007 & 2008) funds.
BACKGROUND
City of Edcouch has requested and received bids for a Street Improvements project to include the construction of valley gutters on various streets within the City of Edcouch. The lowest qualified bid was received from D. M. Roth in the amount of $82,081.00. (See attached bid tabulation sheet.) Letter of recommendation from J.E. Saenz & Associate is also attached for your review.
