Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 for the City of Palmview is requesting approval to amend the professional service contract to Dannenbaum Engineering Company.  The original amount of the contract for $19,745.82 will increase in the amount of $6,149.67 for additional services to the Park Drive-Access Road project utilizing recaptured Year 20 (2007) Precinct 3 Street Improvement funds.

Dannenbaum Engineering Company bid out and awarded the Park Drive project.  The project was later extended to Bentsen Palm Drive to provide access to the Palmview Park which incurred additional costs. Attached for review is an itemized schedule of incurred services and costs.  Recommendation to approve by City is also attached for reference.
