A.   Presentation for discussion, consideration and action (if necessary)  of  the status of courtroom space/housing assignments and plans,  including, but not limited to, the following:  Auxiliary Courts, Master Courts, Hidalgo County Courts at Law #'s 5 & 6 , New State District Court  and any other applicable Courts and Law Library;

B.   Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval of courtroom assignments by Hidalgo County Commissioners Court  for any of the applicable Courts detailed in item A (above) including, but not limited to, the following: Auxiliary Courts, Master Courts, Hialgo County Courts at Law #s 5 & 6, New State District Court and any oather appplciable Courts and Law Library;

C.    Presenation for discussion, consideration and approval of  funding/budget options for fiscal year 2007 due to lack of available courtroom space Auxiliary Courts.
