BACKGROUND
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Sheriff's Office for overtime agreement was approved by Commissioners' Court on 12/09/08.
Expenses relating to the benefits attributed to the overtime expense are not reimbursable. These are to be charged to the Sheriff's Office Budget. Fiscal Note regarding the fiscal impact of the benefits was included on the agenda item of 12/09/08 (Item No. 10.B).
