In order for the Urban County Program to receive the FY 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 funds, recently reprogrammed to W/S Act., the County Judge or designee must sign and forward the RROF/FONSI to the Office of Housing and Urban Development by the published time-line. All environmental review/special conditions have been completed.
