The Urban County Program, on behalf of Sullivan City, is requesting to award and enter into a professional engineering services contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering, in the amount of $53,712.76 (best and final offer) utilizing Year 18 (2005) Urban County Program funds.
BACKGROUND
Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the No. 1 ranked firm approved by Hidalgo County Commissioners’ Court on 01/28/2009. The City of Sullivan City has negotiated a contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $53,712.76 for the UCP Yr 17 & Yr 18 Street Improvements project construction of Maro Street, Valle Street and El Faro Road.
