BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Urban County Program Annual Action Plan outlines the intended use of CDBG, HOME, ESG funds administered by the Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The original aughorization was approved by Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court on June 4, 1996. (see attachments)
