Discussion, consideration, and approval to return a donation of one (1) German Shepherd assigned under the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office Canine Program.
BACKGROUND
On July 05, 2005, the Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court approved the acceptance of the donation of a canine from Martin Segura, to be utilized in the Sheriff's Office canine program. (Item No. 20 J2.)
Our office is seeking to retiring the canine, thus we would recommend that the dog be returned to Mr. Segura.
