County Clerk Record Archive (1100):
1. Approval of 2009 unappropriation of funds from the County Clerk Record Archive in the amount of $575,738.00 to facilitate data management processing payments being made for calendar year 2008.
2. Approval of 2008 appropriation of funds from the reserved F/B for the County Clerk Record Archive in the amount of $772,287.20 to fund data management processing services.

BACKGROUND

As per Auditor's office.  Invoice amount of $772,287.20 is to be charged for calendar year 2008.
In caption #1, the unappropriation will make funds available in the reserved f/b.

Unappropriation/Appropriation is being made in accordance with LGC 118.025 and Record Archive Plan approved by CC on 11-4-08, item #15.A.  Reserved f/b acct is X-1100-250-10-000-004-0-000 "Reserved F/B-CC Records Archives Fees"
