The Urban County Program requests approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 and the City of Edinburg for a Water/Sewer Improvements project, utilizing Hidalgo County Urban County Program Precinct No. 4 Water/Sewer Improvements funds from FY 19 (2006).
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 has allocated $125,000.00 from (2006) FY 19 funding for a Water/Sewer improvements project for water improvements to include waterlines, water connections and taps to the Lane #1 & Lane #2 Subdivision (Red Gate). Attached is a copy of the agreement that the City of Edinburg Council took action to approve on October 21, 2008.
