BACKGROUND

The recapture of excess taxes abated from Brownsville West Sea, the Guidelines and Criteria, and the designation of the County department responsible for Granting Tax Abatements were approved by Commissioner’s Court on August 1, 2006.

 

The Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria were approved subject to legal review.  Therefore, the reviewed guidelines are being presented to Commissioner’s Court for their approval.
