Presentation for discussion, consideration, and action to publish an advertisment for a sealed bids for the Lease and/or Lease Purchase of Office Space in connection with the necessity to relocate numerous departments currently housed at the former Administration Building located at 100 E. Cano, Edinburg, Texas in order to vacate the first three (3) floors to renovate for the housing of the District Attorney's Offices, Commissioners Court Facilites, and County Judge's Offices including approval of general elements such as:

A.  Initial term of lease:   
     a)  ____________ year(s); with option to renew for;

     b)  ____________ year(s) term(s);

B.  Square footage required: which will in turn dictate the required parking spaces for both regular and handicapped needs;
     a) Minimum of 21,000 with a Maximum of 27,000; or,

C.  Renovation expenses, if necessary or required by departments will be at whose expense:
     a)  Lessor; or, historic lease specifications have requested that any/all renovations requested/required by at Lessor's expense;
     b)  County's;

D.  Property condition report/assesstment of building (i.e. roof, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) no older than 90 days;
     a)  Required from Lessor (at Lessors expense);
     b)  Not required;

E.  Determining Factors:
     a)  Amount of Lease payments toward purchase of property;
