Marty, would this require an account number for the services at this time or until we know what Mr. Rutledge's proposal with scope of services is going to be to be able to determine out of what account number this will be coming out of?We will need to wait and determine if the consultant confirms that stimulus monies can be used for payment of such services, no other funding sources will need to be identified. However, if stimulus bill does not permit the expenditure for consulting services, the County will need to identify and allocate funding for the contract fees.
