BACKGROUND
30 employees attending the seminar. WIC Dept. is accommodating 3 employees per room (bedroom suite) @ a rate of 129.99 + applicable taxes. This is a more reasonable expense than paying $100.00 per employee. Accommodating 3 employees per room will save the department a total of $12,604.00. Please see attached documentation.
