BACKGROUND
UCP is requesting approval of the Hidalgo County 2008 Guidelines for the SHC program. The guidelines include the program objectives, housing activities, property eligibility, condition requirements, improvements, thresholds, selection of applicants, and other requirements provided for the implementation and administration of a successful Colonia SHC Program.
