BACKGROUND
Approval to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Rodriguez Engineering for the reconstruction design of Mile 6 West (from HWY 107 to Mile 11 North). Rodriguez Engineering was the highest rated firm out of three (3) firms evaluated. The Professional Services Agreement shall be in the total amount of $148,906.55. See attached scope of services.
