BACKGROUND
Approval of proposed Construction Change Directive #1 will allow authorization to use proposed funds for landscaping and betterment allowance and credit owner for deleted railing and add security skirting to close-off space between upper deck and top of dock; install wheelchair stop along edge of dock on water side; and install boat bumpers along entire dock edge on water side.
