Requesting authority for the County to exercise the sixty (60) grace period under the currect contract with Lone Star Shredding & Document Storage for "Off Premises Storage, Records Management, Pickup & Delivery Services at the end of the contract term for unforseen delays in the award of the new bid for the next contract term under the same rates/fees, terms and conditions; or, in the alternative,
