BACKGROUND
As per Local Government Code section 86.011.C, the constable is responsible for the official acts of each deputy of the constable in which a constable issues deputyship.
After CC approval, employee change of status forms to reflect court action will follow effective 08/10/2009 and memo to all pertinent parties will be sent.
