The Urban County Program is requesting approval of the best and final negotiated offer and award of contract to Terracon Consultants Inc., in the amount of $5,650.00 for the Material Testing Services for a Water/Sewer Improvements Project (Construction of Lab) in the City of Elsa, utilizing Year 21 (2008) funds.
BACKGROUND
City of Elsa has negotiated a best and final offer in the amount of $5,650.00 for material testing services for the construction of a new lab at the Elsa Wastewater Treatment Plant. Commissioner’s Court approved the authorization to negotiate contract on June 15, 2009. The city is recommending approval, see attached letter.
